The University owned the dorms, which are on land owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, requiring legislation to be written and voted into law to allow the sale of the dorms and the land. • Presented market research to the stakeholders of the PennWest Clarion Venango Campus as the first step in order to get them to accept the possible repurposing or sale of the campus.
