I am experienced as a Director of Operations for a construction business—having risen through the ranks beginning as novitiate and apprentice. Using creative and personal-relation skills, I both lead teams and mentor coworkers, write business documentation, and serve as the go-between for the CEO, clientele, and other team members. I have two bachelor’s degrees—both in liberal arts—which I use to envision and engender innovative solutions, create fair and humane policies, and provide effective, amicable communication as I instruct and inform others. I am passionate about business, writing, and the Great Outdoors. A wise man once told me that an individual is so with respect to person, not aptitude; that, concerning skill, a man is never one-dimensional but multi-faceted. Thus, an individual can be known—perhaps, even, is best known—through her proficiencies. Within each person is a hamlet, not a home. Therefore, among others, there is a carpenter in me, an entrepreneur, a writer, a servant, and a leader. I am ever grateful for their residence.
