I act as global Tier 3 support for the corporate fleet of 15,000 Windows and Linux servers. I troubleshoot complex issues arising from media, code, and web cache replication servers, DFS-N and DFS-R servers, SCOM/Nagios monitoring servers, MS SQL servers, and DHCP services.I innovate ever day. I specialize in applying AWS tools to move physical servers to VPCs using EC2, and S3. I configure monitors and alarms using CloudWatch, and KinesisTap. I use DS2 to lock servers into static configurations, and SSM to deploy AWS technologies to physical servers in remote data centers. I recently acted as TPM for the migration of 3,200 printers at 322 sites worldwide to a new secure printing system. We overcame challenges with time zones, language barriers, cultural differences, and disparate technologies. I received commendations from GlobalIT Operations' leadership for the success of the program.

Maintained 500 Epic Citrix servers, 24 EPS ACE load-balanced server pairs (serving over 25,000 print queues), 22 Epic Relay server clusters located across 5 states, and 2 Epic BLOB servers holding ~60TB of images and documents.• Prepared, installed, upgraded and distributed Epic applications and related third party software installed on servers and clients (including printing, faxing, imaging, business continuity systems, monitoring, web servers, communication systems and end user access); • Supported, managed and maintained the Epic Windows and Citrix based servers and application infrastructure; • Provided technical analysis, design, and support for the Enterprise Epic Client Systems as required for daily system operations, system upgrades and new releases; • Created and modified login scripts, local and network group policy objects, Active Directory objects, DHCP/DNS entries and administrative scripts; • Led technology and application teams to ensure client systems infrastructure changes/issues were communicated to the necessary teams across the region or enterprise; • Provided technical leadership on complex projects by formulating and defining system design, scope and objectives; • Devised and modified procedures to solve complex problems considering system structure, technical capacity and desired results; • Prepared detailed specifications to support system administration functions.
