Acting architecture SME for a client delivery team responsible for delivering technology based solutions and services within the banking industry. Engaged in all aspects of the presales and project life cycle; identifying new business opportunities, diagnosing client needs, establishing service proposals, forming the design, objectives and compositions of projects, and leading the overall execution. Responsibilities Included: • Owning the solution architecture for Strategic Clients in the financial sector – CIBC, RBC, TD, Capital One and implementation of the D+H Expert/Express platform as well as Cyence platforms. All applications were n-tier web based solutions • Led the implementation of one of the largest client engagements to date for D+H consisting of 15+ resources with a budget upwards of $5M. Project included: architectural design, consulting services, implementation of enterprise lending technologies, disaster recovery, and system integration.• Managed the day-to-day technology relationships with three existing clients, and developed roadmaps for new service offerings. Projects include: enterprise application implementations, upgrades and application change requests for custom development and configuration changes.• Responded to RFIs and RFPs for new project proposals • Close collaboration with the CTO group in developing architecture in support of these clients• Worked with Information Services group with respect to sizing and delivery of infrastructure• Involved in all aspects of the client project lifecycle from proposal/discovery phase through to project completion• Responsible for managing all aspects of client’s product and environment configuration• Responsible for timelines, schedules, and risk analysis• Responsible for the Prototyping of potential technology improvements for the above clients• Accountable for the oversight and implementation of performance tests, and capacity planning
