Started as rep in Miami, FL. Managed South Florida, and Dallas/Denver Branch operations. Promoted to manage largest region for Riso Direct Operation in South and Southeast. Managed and set up distribution channel in Latin America and Western Canada for premium bottled water. Mostly recruited Coca-Cola bottlers in Mexico and Central America to carry and sell our product. Trained managers successful strategies for convincing local distributors to carry imported brands. Challenging because locals were not target market for our brand, rather tourists travelling into countries were. Trained reps to do the same to local business in all tourist markets throughout Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Later moved to Canada to help establish hybrid distribution model for brand in the Western provinces. Worked with local dealers, mass merchandisers, c-stores, to come up with incentives to pull product through stores. Increased sales year over year in assigned markets.
