As soon as I was given my first restaurant manager position in a restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska I instantly knew I loved the restaurant business! Not just because we did such a great job taking care of our guests but also because it gave me the ability to select great team members, give them the knowledge and development they need and work hard to give them an environment where they could thrive.
