Joined rapidly growing remote data-analytics consulting/staffing firm and gold-certified Microsoft partner OmniData to own the full-life cycle recruiting function for the company as the sole recruiter. This was a unique blend of agency and internal recruiting for both OmniData’s internal needs as well asOmniData’s external clients post-implementation.Hiring highly technical data engineers, solutions architects and BI specialists specific to the Azure data platform (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, etc). Established new interview processes, evaluated and implemented ATS system (Workable) and advised leadership team on new hiring strategies. Quickly established trusted relationships with hiring managers. Grew the company from 10 people to 35 people in less than 7 months.

Rejoined JVT after the contract at Alert Innovation ended. Was on a team of 4 direct-hire recruiters in the same job as before acting in a full-desk capacity managing both client/hiring manager relationships as well as recruiting passive technical candidates as well as the team lead/go-to resource for all technical positions.
