Founding Partner of Empire Portfolio Group, a Revelstoke Capital-backed multi-brand wellness services franchise platform. The platform has over 150 Orangetheory Fitness studios (across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.) and a second brand, Relive Health, a rapidly growing business focused on personalized, anti-aging services (including hormone optimization, medical aesthetics, vitamin therapy, and regenerative medicine).

Reporting to the CEO as the Head of the Field Operations & Talent Operations teams; Member of the Executive team, the New Studio Opening team, and the company-wide Operating Committee. - Responsible for overseeing all field operations, and P&L and personnel management for 1,500+ employees across the 85-studio portfolio- Oversaw Talent (i.e. instructor) Operations and Talent Programming teams for 300+ instructors nationwide. - Served as ultimate commercial leader and business driver for field operations organization, partnering with all departments and leaders across the wider SoulCycle organization.- Defined the next generation of field leadership infrastructure and ensured adequate pipeline of key leaders. Designed goals, dashboards and KPIs to evaluate operations.- Supported all aspects of new market selection and opening strategy for 40+ new studios, including market research, talent planning and marketing.- Oversaw project management of company-wide “annual strategic priorities”, and new concept evaluation.
