Following the sudden passing of my mother and leaning on my daily experiences of supporting the wellbeing of professional athletes, I decided to take a period of personal time to reset spending six months in California, USA. John Millington, Page 3With a mindset of continual development, I used this time to undertake some professional development spending time gaining insight into the commercial, operational, and high-performance departments at some of California's leading sports environments including San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, USA Rugby, San Diego Legion, San Francisco 49ers, and San Diego State, Berkley, and Stanford Universities.
