My role is to manage and control projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion at handover to client and Maintenance. I am in charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of KONE solutions within budget. I act as the KONE interface to customer and other stakeholders throughout the Fulfil process. In addition to this I support the sales team in pre-tender and tender activities as requested.

Customer relationship management:• Support the Salesperson by analyzing customers’ technical needs and develop proposals outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions to meet these needs.• Customer contact for technical questions. May participate in planning / specification meetings.Traffic analysis expertize:• Support the Salesperson by analyzing people flow needs and develop optimal configuration• Provide calculations and technical report for guiding the decision makerTechnical sales support in the Customer process:• Provide technical and costing support for the sales process• Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing or local subcontractors.• Accountable for solution engineering• Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations and safety requirementsTechnical support in the Delivery process:• Accountable for solution engineering• Organize the order documentation and order confirmation• Manage the drawing and related documents• Make the material specifications for KONE and local material. Check and update the specification based on contract and variations.• Organize the purchasing of the required material
