The Nashua Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) provides leadership, facilitation and coordination for 13 member communities in southern New Hampshire including the City of Nashua and the towns of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Pelham, and Wilton. NRPC provides its member communities with comprehensive planning services addressing environmental, land use, transportation, and regional planning issues as well as offering mapping and data services that utilize the latest technologies. NRPC also serves as a resource to support local planning, serves as a forum for communities to share information, and provides a clear voice for the region at the State and Federal levels.

Responsible for leading a dynamic 501 (C) 3 nonprofit economic development corporation located in Springfield, Massachusetts focused on helping to create conditionsthat encourage private development with an emphasis on bricks-and-mortar projects and targeted small grant and loan programs.

Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all department functions intended to enhance the economic vitality of the City including job creation and retention, marketing, business outreach, downtown and urban redevelopment, tax base expansion and downtown parking.

Provide staff support to Town Manager, Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, Conservation Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Provided wide range of local & regional planning services for twelve community regional planning commission. Served as contract planner and zoning administrator for the towns of Hollis, Litchfield and Hudson, NH. Coordinated development of several master plan updates, capital improvement programs, natural resources protection plans, and local land use regulations. Served as principal staff to Nashua Region Solid Waste District. Authored 1990 Nashua Region Solid Waste Management Plan & 1992 update. Co-authored 1988 Regional Recycling Plan.

Conducted environmental reviews of CDBG funded projects. Prepared presentation graphics and materials. Provided general staff support to Land Use and Transportation divisions.
