The ActuaTech Foundation established collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2015, specifically with the Changing Places department (CP) of the Media Lab, in order to promote innovation in the country.Within the frame of economic diversification, Andorra wants to potentiate itself as a "Living Lab". Andorra, thanks to its specificities, its size, its recent legislation, its traffic of 8 million visitors per year... offers ideal conditions to test this technology. In fact, Kent Larson, lead investigator for Changing Places, has already announced that he will test some of his projects in Andorra.What is required for Andorra to become a "Living Lab"?- Access to technology. The latest technological tendencies will be available to both companies and citizens.- Progress in regulation. We will become more agile in defining and implanting processes and regulations.- International visibility. Research centers and/or International companies will publicize their tests and their experiences in the country.- Gain knowledge. The collaboration of local companies with these projects could reactivate sectors of the economy and promote the creation of new products and services "Made in Andorra".Budget 2M€

I am responsible for both the economic diversification of Andorra, through the Actua Program, and the promotion of Andorra abroad. Remarkable projects:1) Andorra SmartCountry: In the context of the Actua program, the government has launched the SmartCountry project, which aims to attract ICT entrepreneurs and companies to create a life size laboratory where ideas can be tested under real conditions. ICT companies and entrepreneurs need a high degree of clustering to develop and test their projects at a fair cost. The clustering of people, business, leisure and retail in Andorra constitutes an ideal testing ground for the improvement of products and business models. 2) Andorra Health Destination. Developing the strategy and implementation for increasing the existing private medical offer in Andorra. The main objective of the project is create a new specific activity sector that offer medical treatments to tourists. The offer includes treatment for women and sportsmen.3) Actua is responsible for implementing the Google Business project in Andorra. The objective of the project, in coordination with Google Switzerland, was to bring virtual tours of all the businesses in Andorra to Google maps. Actua managed the project, from both a technical, commercial and promotions perspective. It took nine months to cover 95% of Andorran Businesses.

I was responsible for coordinating different ministries, in order to achieve the objectives of the government's strategic projects. Key roles included:• Director of ACTUA business initiative• Member of the board of directors of Andorra Development and Investment• President of the National Accreditation Commission• Involvement in the strategic commitee for the creation of the internal revenue agency of AndorraRemarkable projects:1) Creation of the interval revenue agency of Andorra: Andorra was involved in a complete overhaul of its foreign investment and tax system. These changes would help Andorran companies to compete internationally on a level playing field. For that reason, it was necessary to guarantee the collection and supervision of taxes through an internal revenue agency.2) The Actua Program is a public-private initiative aimed at facilitating foreign investment and business diversification in Andorra. It also provides support to entrepreneurs and promotes cooperation between private and public sectors. Actua is a transversal project, involving various ministries, government agencies, associations and the private firms. The initiative involves more than 320 professionals, and more than 100 companies, 50% coming from outside Andorra.

Responsable for the financial decisions of the club. The budget of the club was around 1M€. The main goal was to cancel bank debt from the period the team was playing in ACB League. The last two years I was appointed Vice President.

This job role consisted in managing the development, maintenance and evolution of the existing IT applications. Budget preparation for new incoming projects and their supervision. On the other hand, I was also in charge of defining procedures, plans and politics in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the department. Integrated in the sales operations department my responsibilities were to automate the sales reports generation and make them accessible and useful for managers in order to built a support decision system. I also was responsible for managing nike.net portal, taking customer relation as part of my activities.

Working as Software Methodology and Structures of data teacher

Working in Paris (France) as a consultant, attached to SEGIME, managing projects. The most important at Visiospace, that consisted in a 3D Model construction from different data sources, such as geographical information and aerial images. I was responsible of managing day to day relation with the customer, among my principal activities we find defining requirements / specifications and report project status to managers and customer.
