Responsible for stocking three diesel maintenance and repair shops in the Atlanta area. I automated orders for oil & lubricants, filters, lights, and other commonly replaced parts on concrete mixer trucks. I also had to gain knowledge of the functions of diesel engines, pneumatic brakes, hydraulic control systems for mixer controls, as well as electrical wiring repairs, so that I could diagnose problems and order the correct parts. I also was responsible for receiving and paying invoices. For all stocked items, I wrote a script that would automate the purchase order creation process within SAP so that I could spend less time in the office and more time on the shop floor performing repairs.
