1) Organize and conduct the daily operations of the warehouse i.e. receivals, deliveries and returns.2) Ensure that all inventory items are handled and accurately documented in accordance with the company's policies and the operating procedures of the warehouse.3) Ensure that deliveries are accurately done in accordance with documents received, i.e. cash invoice, delivery slips and ensure that the same documentation is properly completed and approved prior to delivery.4) Maintain and organize all documents related to warehousing activities.5) Liaise with sales personnel, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained at all times6) Report and document each and every warehousing procedural breach to the Operations Director orManaging Director, promptly. In their absence, report to the Financial Controller.7) Ensure that warehouse layout is organized and effective and of such to facilitate stocktaking.8) Assist in marketing and promotional events.
