I manage a large roster of new and existing real estate agents, including their on-boarding process as well as ongoing support. I handle all invoicing and monthly billing from our agents to our corporate accounting. I insure that all closing have the required documentation properly executed, and meet legal requirements. I also serve as the direct assistant to the owner/managing broker and implement changes to policies.

I process multiple payment streams daily including credit cards and electronic transfers, as well as physical checks and money orders. I ensure contracts are signed and executed as well as advising dozens of customer service representatives to handle missed payments, and update customers on their account status.
