CurrentI play a role in providing Production support to the Northeast offices at Ware Malcomb (NYC and NJY) contributing to the technical documentation development process, SD, DD, CD's all different stages of the projects. My responsibilities encompass meticulous QA/QC, I am dedicated to ensuring strict adherence to Ware Malcomb's production standards and compliance with building department requirements. Specializing in Interiors, Retail, Industrial projects, multilevel distribution warehouses and recently some Healtcare projects, my work consistently aligns with industry best practices, incorporating cutting-edge methodologies like Building Information Modeling (BIM).Additionally, I actively contribute to maintaining a high-functioning office environment by overseeing various aspects of office requirements. This includes engaging with HR-related tasks, coordinating activities that foster team collaboration, and implementing efficient processes. My multifaceted role allows me to integrate seamlessly into the broader organizational framework, contributing not only to project excellence but also to the overall success and cohesion of the office/Team.
