About Michael Levan

I’ve worked in infrastructure implementation, management, sales and consulting for over 20 years. I have been fortunate enough to work with industry leaders like Microsoft, IBM, Lenovo, EMC, Brocade and many others, and most recently worked for Deloitte in a senior manager role supporting their US Tax firm infrastructure. My style is organizational growth through client success and I measure my own success by the success of solutions implemented and the long term relationships with clients. I have been involved in technology infrastructure and adoption across various vertical markets and business models as well as managing international enterprise support teams. While working at Deloitte, I was heavily involved in the successful effort to migrate our large on-prem infrastructure to the cloud, specifically Microsoft Azure. Cloud migrations offer several challenges, and we leveraged multiple teams to address enterprise needs such as modernization, high availability, security compliance, ransomware planning, and cost control to name a few. Additional responsibilities in my most recent role involved managing our working relationships with multiple business units and partners. The structure of our group was that of an internal IT service provider to these various BUs. Client success and end user customer experience were paramount while managing costs and planning for long term technology goals. I worked with the various BUs to streamline, plan and implement the modernization of their environments as we migrated to the cloud while maintaining operational integrity.
