In my current role as a sales associate with Catalyst Workplace Activation, my focus is on new business development. I am working under the mentorship of Bridget Aumell (Innovation Leader).My role includes:Actively pursuing new business developments for the purpose of creating mutually beneficial relationships while providing innovative, strategic, and consultative solutions. Acting as a liaison and advocate for customers and determining the appropriate resources necessary to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely services and products. Managing relationships between manufacturers, architects and designers, and end users to provide customized, client driven solutions.Working with potential customers to help them visualize their new or redesigned workplace. Identifying networking and exposure opportunities for Catalyst.

In this role I had the opportunity to be exposed to the unique workplace solutions that BiNW and Herman Miller offer. Developed a basic working knowledge of Living Office concepts while attending sales calls and presentations. Organized and updated internal library resources and materials. Worked closely with Doug Vance (New Business Development Manager) to identify and create networking and company exposure opportunities.

Emphasis on lyra; training on duo trapeze, rope, Spanish web, and silks. I have a background in ballet and danced professionally for five years with Eugene Ballet Company and Ballet Idaho before transferring my training to aerial circus arts.
