Jon Lindahl serves as the Closing Services Director for Northwest Title in Central Ohio. Jon has over 20 years experience in the land title industry as a licensed title agent, escrow officer and notary public, specializing in commercial & residential real estate transactions. Jon received the Ohio Land Title Professional (OLTP) designation from the Ohio Land Title Association in 2024 for his experience, involvement, and contributions to the title industry. Jon serves on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Land Title Association and is past President and current Board Member of the Central Ohio Land Title Association. Throughout his career, Jon has been involved in every aspect of the title business and his background in economics, finance, and accounting make him highly qualified to handle any real estate transaction. In addition to his experience with commercial & residential real estate transactions, his experience also includes business acquisitions involving real estate, new construction, land development, investment property, 1031 exchanges, SBA commercial & construction loans, government easements, judicial reports, short sales, foreclosure, and sheriff’s sales.Jon attended Denison University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Economics and Minor in Communication. While at Denison, Jon served as the President and Treasurer of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and played guitar in the Denison University Jazz Ensemble. While obtaining his degree, he worked as an intern with a commercial real estate brokerage, assisting with their property listings and client loan documentation.Jon and his family train in Songahm Taekwondo at Elevate Martial Arts in Pickerington, Ohio and they compete around the county with ATA Martial Arts. Jon is 3rd Degree Black Belt, seven-time Ohio State Champion, and the 2022 District Champion in Traditional Forms & 2024 District Champion in Combat Sparring. Jon has twice competed at the ATA Martial Arts World Championships in Phoenix, Arizona.
