• Develop audience specific outreach materials to educate, raise awareness and recruit youth and young adults to the Youth Voice initiative; • Create and manage Youth Voice Alexandria’s social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, email communication and website using the City of Alexandria’s CMS system; • Develop and nurture partnerships with youth, families and community leaders to improve the outcomes of services provided to City of Alexandria residents; • Interview, hire and manage two social media consultants collaboratively developing social media content focused on youth social justice campaigns.

Manage day to day operations of a non-profit; payroll, employee files, expenses, and supplies. Serve as the assistant to the Executive Director and complete business tasks when necessary.

• Support and coordinate development of local and statewide youth leadership presence;• Create and execute statewide social media and marketing campaigns;• Provide ongoing youth engagement support to three NFusion project sites including utilizing social media as a tool for education, awareness and recruitment;• Coordinate with youth, families, and community partners to maximize impact of services offered to our members.

• Assist the Director of Member Services with social media and marketing outreach including content development and initiative outreach materials; • Manage Consultant Pool and Speaker’s Bureau including responding to inquiries, upkeep of providers bios and resumes, and creating memorandum of understanding's and contracts;• Assist in managing communication with National Leadership Team members and partners including email and phone calls;• Provided virtual consultation with local chapter networks on youth development and training and technical assistance.

• Manage 15 Foster Youth Interns in Congressional offices;• Report to the Director of Programs on FYI's progress, challenges, and successes;• Create, edit, and finalize documents for CCAI business partners and funders;• Help with social media, blog posting, and website interaction.

• Responsible for soliciting, maintaining and completing 17 Mile High United Way workplace campaigns; • Data entry into Salesforce tracking communication with donors;• Chair of 2011 Mile High United Way Internal Campaign Committee;

Coordinated youth speakers bureau, facilitated healthy relationships, financial education, and life mapping curriculum's, co-coordinated Bridging the Gap signature events and managed social media sites.

• Strengthen youth voice, youth leadership, and youth involvement in youth systems;• Manage and operate social media sites creating content tailored to youth social justice campaigns, events, and organizational mission, vision and values; • Coordinated weekly, monthly and quarterly signature events; • Partnered with business leaders, non-profit agencies, and child welfare professionals to create resources and opportunities for youth to become community leaders;

Interned with Senator Grassley, Senate Finance Committee, Produced CCAI's 2010 Congressional recommendation report for members of Congress.
