I am a Patent Attorney with more than 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, advising small, medium and big companies, either in Barcelona or in Rotterdam.I am skilled in prosecuting patents before the European Patent Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization and Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas. I am also an experienced attorney before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. My attention is focused on how clients can improve their position in the European market as well as in world markets. Moreover I take a lot of interest with infringement matters suggesting changes in the prototypes and the devices. I follow the cases in foreign countries, attending the Courts in the European nations as well as other non-European nations. Being very persuasive in oral proceedings, I gain very favorable positions for my clients.My advantageous situation as a law professional, I am an attorney, and experienced technical expert, I passed Papers A,B & D of the European Qualifying Examination, this leaves me with the flexibility to use legal arguments before technical boards as well as technical arguments that the judges understand.I work and live in a multicultural environment giving me a special sensitiveness to understand the client’s problems with independence of the nationality. I speak Spanish and Catalan as native, proficiency in English, and I also speak French and a bit of Russian.
