I lead our Online Talent Channels globally - the online strategy, branding, content and all job ads we post, the applications that come through and the teams that own these areas. In addition I lead our strategic Talent Engagement group globally.

I also managed the passive candidate search team for Google, EMEA. This team were based throughout the region and spoke 20 languages between them. We focused on finding and engaging the very best talent for Google across a our whole range of business areas including Sales, Technology and Operations.I built this team from its inception and developed it through a number of iterations.

Previously at Google I have managed Technical Sourcing for EMEA, the staffing for our Engineering Productivity teams across Europe and the recruitment for a number of Software Engineering teams in London.
