Community Engagement: Having experience in implementing projects in different sectors focusing Community Mobilization, Child empowerment and protection, Health and Nutrition, Women Empowerment and Gender, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, Skill Development, Vocational Training, Governance, Peace, and Reconciliation, Disaster Response and Resilience, Livelihood Development and Infrastructure, Agriculture and Environment and Climate Change, addressing social issues, working with marginalized and Internal Displaced People (IDP). Dealing with many CSOs, CBOs, donors and partners concurrently and updating all the stakeholders were also an importance task for me in this position. Fundraising and Grant Management: I would say that partner coordination, fulfilling the contractual obligations, increasing the project portfolio and fund raising are some of the areas I have specialized. During last couple of years, I was able to increase the project portfolio while adding more donor base to Sarvodaya and giving more focus in tapping individual donors/philanthropies, crowdfunding sources, and corporate sector. And currently managing around 3.0 Billion Rupees (10 Million USD) project portfolio with the staffs capacity of 3,500 from different layers
