Working on the AWS Snowball team which offers large scale data transport solutions and edge computing capabilities to support a wide variety of use cases.• Used AWS Lambda for processing device state data to help track inventory for Snowball devices and help route them to the appropriate orders placed through the AWS Management Console.• Designed a new orderform for the Snow family of devices in the AWS Management Console and migrated from AngularJS v1 to ReactJS.• Diagnosed firmware issues on Snowball devices that are out of commission and resolved issues to meet fulfillment for orders.

Worked on the HP Indigo Solutions team to design and develop scalable workflow applications in the cloud using Amazon Web Services technologies.Responsible for:• Designing a multi-threaded upload manager to Amazon S3 Storage.• Database performance and scalability, focused on optimizing database queries to reduce execution times and scale with larger volumes of data up to 300M records.• Performing load testing against our print job management service, and improving our service apis based on the results of the testing.• Optimizing a summarization task to aggregate and more efficiently move data from a large volume Amazon Redshift database to a high performance PostgreSQL database.

Worked under core firmware on the Embedded Web Server which is a printer homepage that allows for managing settings, getting updates, and performing maintenance tasks. Worked on features related to customizing the home screen of different printing devices, and supplies related features for the business. Worked with the following technologies: C#, Velocity Template Language (VTL), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Developed an application for iOS and Android to allow people to play chess online against one another. This project is being developed for Chessgames.com alongside several teammates, using C++ and the Qt Framework.

Analyzed database environment and related applications to ensure servers were functioning with the correct behavior. Programmed in the Progress language to interact with the database. Also worked with the IBM Bluemix API and the IBM Ecosystem to develop a corpus and smart search application using Node.JS.
