Its work involves delivering advice across a range of companies operating in different sectors as well as increasingly targeting priority sectors that bring together the full range of the Bank’s offer in terms of financing and advise.ASB helps small and medium-sized businesses to grow and become genuine catalysts for their local economies by providing access to local and international experts. Some clients will benefit from investment, but ASB also strives to create healthier, more innovative and successful businesses.The objective of International Advisory projects is to bring in international best practices that range across four categories (organisation and management, operations, sales and marketing, and finance, to help companies grow and are increasingly being delivered by a team with sectorial expertise.Currently I'm supervising around 15 on going projects per year, all of them into the Industrial Manufacturing activities like: Heavy Sized Metal Parts, Elevators/Escalators, Rubber Goods, Welding Materials, Water Pumps, Bus frames, Tractors assembly, Lighting units, Roofing Systems, White Line products, between others. That means visiting almost weekly several countries of EBRD operation following and organising these projects: Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Georgia, Romania, Moldova, Morocco, Siria, Lebanon or Egypt between others.
