• Analyze variances on actuals vs forecasted PnL • Prepare monthly Dynamic Financial forecast and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets. Develop action plans together with Sales and Marketing team to close the gaps and follow up. • Analyze business impact of variances on forecast per country and analyse performance gaps and challenge deviations during Operation Review Meetings, follow up on corrective actions identified to improve business performance.• Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate value destroyers and maximize the Return on Investment from trade spends and marketing expenses (including revised pricing structure/prices).• Handle Selling Price Calculations (new and existing product profitability analysis considering costs, sourcing and investment).• Monitor TCS (Trade and Marketing Spends), provide support and guidance to have good return on investment. • Market Business Strategy (MBS) – provide the required data to enable Business Unit controller to participate actively in the strategy development, and provide associated scenario planning to optimize shareholder value.• Participate in new projects providing analytical support on financial simulations.
