He provides operating oversight and marketing technology vision for Modern Climate’s talented teams of technologists, analysts, architects, and engineers in order to create modern solutions that create value for each brand they serve.John believes that modern technology has a human element that is approachable, intuitive, and creates a feeling of reward for those who encounter it within an idea-driven brand experience. To that end, he is continuously involved in research and development efforts, ranging from how to apply advances in neuroscience and psychology to evolving areas like 3D sensors, IoT, wearables, social, mobile, and development methodologies.As a technology-oriented leader with more than 25 years of experience, he has successfully blended technology and business needs with clients such as UnitedHealthcare, Best Buy, Geek Squad, 3M, Royal Bank of Canada, Intel, Jamba Juice, and Caribou Coffee. John is a member of the International Association of Software Architects and is a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. As CTO and an experienced technologist, John applies his expertise in systems and software architecture to ensure effective and innovative marketing technology solutions.
