As a Lead Designer, working with the production team, I had to shape the project and aid in the creation of a schedule, resource allocation and time assignments. Sometimes I have to take on the role of project manager and assume responsibility for guiding the production team through the design and development process. This includes assigning tasks to the team.I am responsible for ensuring that the product/communication the company produces/does, meets the client's/management requirements.
