As a cloud solutions architect, I leverage my multi-cloud and cross-platform skills to design, implement, and support solutions for my customers in various industries, whether their datacenters are on-premise, cloud-based, or a little of both. I have worked as an IT infrastructure engineer in some capacity for over 15 years in environments of all sizes, with a focus on application systems, network, security, and database services.Previously, I worked as a solutions engineer and a customer success engineer at SaltStack, where I supplemented my sales activities with direct implementation support and often served as a liaison between customer and SaltStack's engineering and management teams. In other roles, I have been responsible for IT vendor management, licensing, purchasing, and support, and have also served operations teams in 24/7 on-call situations. I am passionate about continuous assessment and improvement of my own skills and the systems and processes I am responsible for, as well as delivering value and satisfaction to my customers and stakeholders.
