Creating part of the Functional document for Santa Lucia Project in Madrid. Santa Lucia Inssurances migrated their IT systems from legacy to web systems, i was collaborating with the Cap Gemini IT consultant group, and Santa Lucia IT systems, defining the functionalities to migrate.

Working in a Documental Management Applications for "La Caixa" called SGM. Improving and creating new functionalities, the SGM app managed all the normative documentation versions distributed over the Intranet.Consultant in Bonus Share Aplication Project for "La Caixa" bonus employees in 2002 , i was responsible in requirements capture, project scheduling, project execution and team management. The amount of bonus shared was 3,5M€, althoug the app was planified to use for the 2003 exercise it was used by "La Caixa" till 2006.
