As an Academic Peer Coach, I play a pivotal role in fostering student development through personalized mentoring and support.-Provide guidance and encouragement to students, helping them identify their strengths and areas for improvement.-Assist students in establishing clear, achievable academic objectives tailored to their individual aspirations and capabilities.-Collaborate with students to develop structured plans that outline the steps necessary to reach their academic goals effectively.-Support students in identifying potential obstacles or challenges they may face during their academic journey and strategize solutions to overcome these barriers.I actively help during registration week, where our office assist over 200 students in the enrollment process. This involves:-Guiding students through the registration procedures to ensure a smooth transition into the next semester.-Providing information about course offerings and degree requirements.-Addressing any questions or concerns that arise during this critical period.

-Respond to incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner-Facilitate the check-in process for students upon their arrival-Act as a liaison between parents, students, and faculty to ensure effective communication-Assist with various administrative tasks within the office environment as needed-Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an organized and efficient workspace-Create and manage the front desk schedule for coworkers, ensuring adequate coverage during operational hours-Coordinate scheduling adjustments as necessary to accommodate staff availability and office needs
