Grainger, State Street Bank, Hewlett Packard Financial and others.• Interview candidates via the telephone and face to face.• Negotiate rates and contracts with 3rd party vendors; manage these vendors and their candidates in regards to staffing needs, interviews, feedback, etc.• Work with Account Managers throughout the country, supporting multiple accounts and many positions simultaneously; able to multi-task, covering a high volume amount of requirements – i.e. About 15 to 25 per week.• Attend client meetings to gather more detailed job descriptions/information, and to promote S3.
