- Lead and coordinate all business processes and staff amongst all 3 Texas Vision locations: Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Temple.

Professional Services, Client Implementations- Lead Small to Mid-size Business software implementations, account optimizations, and custom solutions for LM Professional Services department.- Work closely with LM partner engineers to complete customized and packaged customer PS engagements.

- Lead and manage all electronic integration between Compass and its vast array of clients and business partners.- Plan, organize, coordinate, and launch all HL7 interfaces and physician portal applications with clients including practices, hospitals, and partner labs to establish better communication and easier workflows for both businesses. - Sole point of contact to provide any ongoing support to all applications in effort to deliver uninterrupted streamline communication between all parties.

- Involved in the planning, coordination, solution development and implementation activities within the organization’s application integration environment and the deployment of HL7 interfaces, linking Atherotech to its wide variety of clients and business channels.- Organize and help drive efforts to migrate client’s interfaces to central engine, providing significant savings to recurring IT expenses.- Provide continual support to all new and current Atherotech interfaces, consisting of providing persistent lab audits to research and ensure quality of bi-directional interfaces along with ensuring a supportive role for a 100+ Field Sales Rep organization.

- Work closely with a cross-functional team to develop & execute various initiatives in order to drive demand for lab test offerings to clinicians around the country.- Ensure project coordination for a wide array of marketing initiatives including the creation & implementation of brand element projects, public relation communication plans, and sales collateral.- Point of contact for corporate marketing partners and vendors to ensure streamlined communication- Author & edit press releases, marketing collateral, social media postings, website copy, blog entries, and internal and external corporate communication to provide accurate messaging.- Incorporate brand design and layout for various Atherotech owned properties.- Assist with event management, promotion, creative direction & execution for tradeshows and corporate meetings/events.- Ensure all fulfillment needs are met for sales collateral and promotional items.- Lead social media strategy and execution.- Provide continued support to corporate sales team to ensure marketing needs are met for the field.
