As the US and Global Manufacturing Leader at EY, I oversee the development of our people and solutions to bring world class manufacturing capabilities and results to our clients. My passion is helping client leaders and operators drive a high reliability culture with people at the core, who are enabled and empowered to achieve a zero loss mindset and 100% total employee engagement. For the last decade, I have led our exclusive manufacturing alliance with Procter and Gamble, bringing their globally recognized and leading manufacturing practices to our clients, using a proven methodology that accelerates operational excellence journeys and performance.
