I am an executive with more than 12 years of experience in various areas: Administration, Finance, Infrastructure, Maintenance, Construction, Procurement (purchasing and negotiation), Project Management, Process Analysis and Optimization, Quality Management and Research & Development.For the last 3 years I have been in charge of a department of +30 people, which aims to provide administrative support to the operational areas of Maintenance, Engineering and Design; being responsible for control processes, investment management, budget, inventory management, data analysis, performance indicators and tracking of work orders, among others.To achieve the above, my first assignment as Manager of this department was to restructure it, both in organizational chart and in roles and functions.
