Extensive start to finish construction management expertise, including project analysis and budgeting, land acquisition, design, managing RFP processes and contractors, all the way through punch list sign-off and occupancy. SITE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION: In Lowell, AR I negotiated the purchase of a seven acre lot and developed site plans Associates for a 14,000sf office and warehouse as well as a detached 4000sf welding and natural gas meter testing shop. In Pagosa Springs, CO we consolidated two existing lots we had acquired and completed the construction of a new office 6000sf and warehouse and welding/storage building. Fredrick, CO we acquired a three acre lot and defined the scope to accommodate the specific needs of the operations director in Colorado. I negotiated the land deal with our existing landlord and secured early release from our existing lease. In 2015 I initiated a complete revamping of our existing Arkansas operations holdings. Office and compression facilities in Ozark, Harrison, Blytheville operations and LNG plant, Mountain Home, Siloam Springs and Fayetteville. In conjunction with leadership we created list of projects to provide the most benefit with the $10M in capitol we had been allocated to the facilities improvement budget. In Lander, WY we acquired an adjacent 2500sf building, remodeled both facilities. In Riverton and Rawlins we built new operations field offices and warehouses at our existing transmission office properties and consolidated the operations to one location in each town.
