I was a food server, working through college. My duties included serving customers, using MICRO system to place food orders, refill drinks, maintain work stations, inspect server sections upon shift end, handle cash and credit cards, up-sell new items, restock glasses and dishware when needed.

Worked as an assistant in the credit and collections department. Responsible for conducting internal audits to locate delinquent accounts and attempt to reach the customer for immediate payment. Also reached out to customer to inform of pending shut off notices, made payment arrangements when needed, created work orders for delinquent customers to be shut off, and created accounts for new customers.
