I started my Customer Service journey way back my 2nd year college. I never thought that I get passed directly in a job interview that got pursued me to grab the job offer. Well, before my Customer Service way back my 1st year of college I sell online my baking products. My love of baking is a way to interact with customers and gain a marketing strategy on how to get my product well-known. But, then, I believe myself that I need to get out of my comfort zone so I started off applying a Customer Service Representative in Teleperformance, Cagayan De Oro and offered me to be part of T Mobile account. As a newbie in Customer Service Industry, its really hard to deal with customers and to be honest it traumatize me until I realize that every customer needs assistant because they need a solution and simple answer of their issues and problems such as gadgets and internet. However, I didn't get stayed too long in the account due to shift schedule. It rotates every week and it affected my mental health and sleeping schedules. Second, I applied as Telephone Sales Representative in AVAS company in Cagayan De Oro City. I work in a logistics company named "Landstar". Well, I like the job talking with drivers is like a family to me they are smooth talking to. As month goes by, I decided to explore myself in another company "Support Zebra", I get accepted as a order entry in a "Pizza Hut Restaurant" in USA as a customer care ambassador. Until, the client decided to hire on their end that's why I get transferred to work with them in a remote set up with dollar rate.
