Functions:- Mitigating risk through manually underwriting leasing tickets related to South (Spain, Portugal and Italy) and DMO (Poland, Slovakia and Hungary) based legal entities under own schedule of authority and determining customer’s creditworthiness.- Provide statistical expertise and hands-on experience for improvement of regional and global scorecards.- Assess Credit Risk and assign Credit Lines of Business Partners.- Collaborate for large ticket transactions (>€ 1M) in compliance with Global Risk Policies.- Assist OTC team monitoring delinquency and reviewing bad debt provision proposals.Achievements:- Improvement of turnaround time of decision on lease deals from 2 hours to approximately 30 minutes. First for Spain and now for Portugal as well. - Recognition from Renting Manager for receiving positive feedback about my support to partners (speed and support). - Thanks to my knowledge of the different type of companies in Spain and the risk assessed to them I helped developing the new scorecard for southern countries by testing and reporting errors directly to the Systems Platform Manager and the Global Risk Analytics Director.- The AUD on southern cluster passed for the first time the barrier of 70% (now 90%) and Write offs were minimized since I started taking over the business.- Developing of trainings for Partners aiming optimize the usage of the systems and get higher AUD.- Updated and optimized the Flow Risk Manual for Spain to make them comprehensive for Risk Analysts not familiarized with Spanish singularities. - Creation of a risk manual with all the singularities related with Italy. - Successfully handover of the flow risk activities to the Risk department in the Centre of Excellence in Sofia without any kind of disruption in terms of service or approach.
