Key Achievements: Led four major re-structuring initiatives to optimize performance and scalability:• Improved booking request speed by 75%, and resolved key customer issues, such as preventing multiple card transactions per request and enabling service requests beyond seven days. This created opportunities to introduce key features, including Instant and Reverse Bookings, price quoting, and expand into new markets.• Migrated all notification handling from the apps to the backend, eliminating the need for app redeployment with every change and providing greater control and flexibility. Later on, this enabled customized notifications, SMS and Whatsapp messages.• Expanded the apps' geographic availability, allowing activation in any country, state, or city independently from the apps themselves. This supported the successful demo at Portugal’s 2022 Web Summit, and later introduced a provider waitlist feature, enabling global users to access a limited version of the app, providing critical market demand insights.• Translated apps into multiple languages and implemented a custom text formatting solution using markdown, without modifying the source code.
