Operations and business development manager with sixteen years' experience. Worked as field engineer in two underground potash mines over the first four years after graduation, supervising three 24/7 drilling campaigns for mineral exploration. Asked for a 1-year study leave to take an international MBA programme in order to reinforce my technical profile with organisational skills. After rejoining the company I spent the following three years leading their corporate internationalisation strategy, focusing mainly on water-well drilling and hydrogeological prospecting projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. Switched to a coal and petcoke trading company in July 2016 to take over their mineral processing operations and logistics management for the whole Mediterranean area till October 2019.My expertise in leading challenging and diverse projects coupled with my proven managerial experience in driving operational improvement are my best assets. Thus, in November 2019 I decided to become an independent consultant, supporting companies to improve their performance, achieve their goals and generate higher yields.
