I use the companies raw data to create insights, and accurately assess the effectiveness of all the Marketing Departments programs. What in the past was a lengthy task for the upper management team to run and review has been simplified by developing and maintaining Snapshot reports in Excel for each marketing program, such as email, SEM, PPC and channel sales. Each Snapshot report compares the programs historical data to their current week's results, and each is also then linked to a company overview report. At a glance, trends are identified and needed adjustments are being made. Each month I also create presentations for our Upper Management Team, combing out the insights from the previous 30 days, showcasing the areas of opportunity and adjustments the department has made as well as the successes of the Marketing programs.

Working together with the Scientifics Direct Product Manager, I concept, design and code HTML emails for their marketing campaigns. Additionally, I also design carousel banners, category banners, promotion blocks and all other digital design needs for the brand.

I designed a physical product catalog and sell sheets to be used by our reseller network and inside of architectural design libraries. Additional graphic design needs for print and web were also updated as need or to showcase new products.Brand awareness was expanded with an SEO overhaul plus a full site redesign. Core products moved to the top of Google search as a result. A blog and social media pages were created to expand RubberForm's presence beyond just the website.

Brought in as part of a new ownership group, I help to redesign and rebrand Solid Surface Acrylics. My goal was to showcase the full manufacturing potential of the company to existing and potential clients, based around SSA being the only manufacturer in the world producing a solid surface material our of recycled materials.

I was the primary contact to Zenith's outsource network of 35+ agencies. I was responsible for their performance reporting and account management on a daily, weekly, monthly basis; as well as being main POC for new client setup. I was in contact with all agencies on a regular basis answering settlement requests, closing accounts and placing new business within our agency network.I was also responsible for prepping potential sale files for review by the CEO. Helping him to qualify if additional analytics were needed or if a bid would be made on the file. I also updated and distributed daily percent to goal reports to our upper management team, allowing them to track performance on portfolios and make the needed adjustments quickly to reach their goals.
