His two decade USAF career includes leadership of procurement & non-procurement teams domestically (Commander of 62d Contracting Squadron & Executive Officer to the AFMC Director of Procurement) & overseas (JCC-I/A Branch Chief in Iraq, Deputy Chief of AF Foreign Military Sales in Iraq, & Regional Contracting Center Chief in Afghanistan). A proven, seasoned & successful leader who directed multiple government acquisition programs & contract negotiations. Level III certified Contracting Officer proficient in systems contracting, operational contracting & contract administration. Recipient of numerous leadership & Acquisition awards; performance led to Contracting Officer Warrants (up to & including an UNLIMITED Contracting Officer Warrant).
