Over the many years I have spent in the IT industry I have taken on many different roles and responsibilities. Some of my recent roles and responsibilities have been working as a Senior Level 3 System Engineer working solely on On-Premise / Hybrid and Cloud Infrastructure improvements, implementation and system automation.During my time working as a Senior Level 3 System Engineer, I have taken on and worked through dozens on Internal and External projects independently. These projects would require me to work between my current employer as well as the customer and their stakeholders.My tasks for the projects would make me responsible for planning out and executing system integrations, infrastructure migrations/creations and project liaising.During the times where I wouldn’t have any active projects, I would work closely with Level 1’s and 2’s support technicians assisting as an escalation point and training advisor for day-to-day customer tickets.Outside of my daily tasks, I would work on system training and certifications for systems that we currently support and will support in the future.Additionally, I work on improvements for current processes and procedures internally to see how the company can grow and what tasks can be automated to save on time and resources.
