Part of the Sales Operations & Strategy team, supporting our Sales functions across the globe.Responsibilities include:- Accountable and responsible for sales data integrity and accuracy in SFDC. Not limited to and including Lead, Contact, Opportunity and Account records.- Ownership of RevTech tools - Clari, Linkedin SalesNav and Gong- Identify and report on discrepant data, also suggest corrective courses of action.- Assist sales with quote creation as required. Review submitted contracts and orders for completeness, accuracy and conformance to ITRS order acceptance policies.- Liaise with finance to resolve any issues with closing opportunities and alignment with commission calculations.- Facilitate smooth running of processes between sales, finance, business systems and marketing functions. - Deliver reports and dashboards that provide insights into lead to opportunity close process and renewals. - Review and prioritise any additional requests for reports.- Creation of pipeline reports in support of the forecast review cadence.- Ensures up to date information is available for Sales Leadership team.- Support the Revenue Operations team and Sales Management in quota setting and reporting process.- Under the direction of the Global Head of Sales Operations, create and update content for internal confluence Sales page. Own internal communications with Sales.- Assist the Revenue Operations Managers with any other activities, tasks and projects as required.
