Served as technical liaison between main campus in Illinois and multiple branch campuses in Kentucky. Installed, upgraded and maintained hardware and software components for over 120 computer workstations at the Kentucky campuses. Assisted with Windows Server 2008 administration. Performed troubleshooting on file replication issues relating to Distributed File System. Maintained network printer creation, installation and driver deployment. Managed user and computer accounts in Active Directory. Maintained wireless networks at each campus via pfSense and RADIUS authentication. Designed and lead training sessions on Windows 7, Office 2010 and the Blackboard learning management system.Oversaw Internet and voice service upgrade at Radcliff campus from proposal stage to implementation. Updated to Voice over IP from existing POTS service. Saved University approximately $400 per month is service costs.
