Mark currently provides consulting assistance to a wide variety of clients, including manufacturing firms and financial, health care and educational institutions. Prior to this, Mark had 34 years of experience with Procter & Gamble in various IT, IT Audit, and IT Governance roles. His last assignment was in IT Commercial Governance, with responsibilities including supplier governance, risk management, and governance audit coordination. Mark's previous roles include global IT infrastructure audit management, e-business and e- commerce infrastructure management, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and implementation management for P&G's first global telecommunications network.Mark received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mark is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP). Between business and personal travel, Mark has visited 58 countries and all seven continents.
