He needs to follow the right way of doing things well.His professional career is closely linked to software development and project management, having been involved in multiple tailor made projects and product developments (code generators, integrations, websites, etc.) built with many different technologies (Java, C#, Apache Wicket, GWT, ASP.NET MVC, etc.) to serve many business areas (public services, logistics, retail industry, supply chain, insurance companies, etc).He is experienced in a full SDLC that includes: analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment and maintenance (corrective and evolutional upgrades). Customer support, customer interaction and pre-sales actions does not scare him. Dressing up in past years with the customer's coat, João finally acquired by experience the full and complete vision of the software business industry. He embraces a high commitment to his work and does not have afraid to get his hands dirty. He is strong with his convictions and he is serious in continue to learn and educate himself to the rest of his life.
