Combining the 40 years’ experience in applied ecology and the 10 years’ experience in molecular ecology from the Research Unit, e-biom is a genetic research laboratory and an environmental consulting firm specialized in biological conservation, species inventories and ecological assessment.

WBC Incubator is a Health and life-sciences incubator. It supports the emerging start-ups from their early developments (pre-incorporation) to mature businesses by offering a panel of tools such as personalized coaching, acceleration programs, funding, access to a strong network of experts and experienced managers, and long term incubation programs. As a start-up coach, I support the project leader in their business venture by designing and implementing a tailor made support plan that best suits the company specificities.

Factor-X provides guidance services for private corporations and public administration toward sustainable growth and the development of sustainable business models. In addition to CO2 Accounting, I contributed to the development of Usitoo, a sharing economy project proposing an object sharing platform and Myrmex, an online platform aiming at improving the way organizations account for their own sustainability (CSR reporting, KPI tracking, value chain product foot-printing).

At Greenloop we use biomimicry as a tool to provide innovative and practical answers to sustainability issues that are being faced by organizations and guide them in turning these challenges into real market opportunities. I worked on the following subjects: life principles, business resilience, collective intelligence, urban agriculture, sustainable buildings, Sustainable Business Model Canvas...

At Detandt-Simon I've been in charge of the following missions: •International business development (European level): new clients prospection (international exhibitions, contact databases…), negotiation of sales contracts and distribution agreements, client technical support. •Marketing Manager: definition of the marketing strategy and action plan, coordination of the marketing team, market analysis, benchmark and competitors analyses, analyses and review of CRM solutions. •Supply Chain Organisation: review, analysis and drafting of internal processes related to the photovoltaic supply chain (from the manufacturer in china to the costumers in Europe), implementation of management systems.

Xylowatt provides waste to energy solutions based on biomass gasification technologies. As a sales engineer, I contributed to:•Sales & project development of biomass CHP plants (Municipalities and hospitals).•Market analysis & legal monitoring (BE, UK, Germany).•Cost analyses, ERP & CRM solutions.
