- Account management: enhancing the relationship on several accounts, offering new services and following up on clients’ requests- Business development: attracting new clients and atendance of to networking events. Mainly in the pharmaceutical, engeneering, construction & logistics and energy sectors- Strategy definition: performed a deep analysis on these industries to atract new clients, screening of trade fairs and created a detailed database of clients and upcoming fairs

As the main project manager I was in charge of:- Project management and follow-up of most of the projects.- Relations with clients (CRM), with providers and with all agents involved in the translation and management process.- Translation, editing, proofreading and quality check.

Durante este breve periodo, formé parte de un grupo de cinco personas que llevamos a cabo un proyecto de traducción para las Naciones Unidas acerca de la salud en determinadas penitenciarías de España en las décadas de los 80 y los 90.
